Tucked into a clandestine alley off of Boundary Street in West End there is an oasis for the beer connoisseur called the Brisbane Brewing Co. There is a view of the chefs cooking up generous platters of real “Low and Slow” BBQ in the front half of the dining room and views of the craft beer goodness filled brewing tanks in the back room. This place is a welcome find!
