Fumbling over pronunciations, trying desperately to decipher the fifty something names of brews, all the while growing increasingly conscious of the bartenders silent judgement. In the landscape of taverns, bars and pubs, it’s easy to be hard on oneself for not knowing your stouts from your ales. Enter Saccharomyces, a beer cafe that is bringing brews back to ground level.
