Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 tsp chia seeds

Let’s go nuts! Add some granola to the top of this smoothie for some extra crunch!

1 ¼ cup of any milk

2tbsp honey
