Serums, Sweets & Sounds
What do sweets, singing and skin care all have in common? We love all three! Oh My, Waffle has come out with an exclusive new Hot Chocolate this week to ward of the winter weather, and Home of the Arts is treating us to the sweet sounds of Belladiva with an exclusive one-day Opera concert! Don't feel like heading out? Treat yo'self to a pamper day at home!

5 Tips For Maintaining Motivation In 2018
So how are those new years goals going? It's February already, and I'm sure most of us are struggling to keep working out, saving money or eating better. I mean, let's be real - 'new year, new year' only lasts a few weeks before we all slip back into our old ways, and we promise ourselves that we'll do better next year. I'm sure many of us have goals that we've been trying to do for the last five years but have never managed to actually finish. You've promised yourself that this year is the year that you'll do it - But how do we get the motivation to eat better, work out more and save more all year long?

Fitness, Fun and Free Ice Cream!
Things are heating up on the Gold Coast, and this week we're all about cooling down and chilling out. From busking battles to sunset yoga, the Coast is coming alive with all things music, arts and entertainment. We'll be dressing up and heading out, but if you can't handle the heat, never fear - Robina has free ice cream!
The best food and fashion that the Brickworks has to offer
The weather's getting warmer, the days are getting longer and Gold Coast festivals are back in full swing. From food and fashion to health and beauty, the Coast is alive and buzzing with a variety of festivals and events to welcome in Spring. Hosted every year in early September (this year it was on the 10th), the Brickwork's Inside Out event was certainly no exception - Showcasing the best of the Brickworks' food, fashion, health and beauty, it certainly wasn't a day to miss!
Skills, Sounds, Sessions!
The coast is packed with spaces for socialisation, training and creative expression. Every hobby and interest is covered, from skateboarding to life drawing, and even spiritual healing. Not your thing? Hop down to a local gig for some sound healing instead.
Slam, Street Food, Salutations!
Free yoga classes are increasingly rare, but we’ve tracked one down for you. A focus on mindfulness forces you to draw inward as your body is pushed to the limits on the outside. Channel this for a live poetry reading, or reward yourself with Asian street food and botanical cocktails down at the Bazaar. We won’t judge.
Salt, sand, swell!
The coast is kicking off another week of weird and wonderful events, from soda-making to live skating. Pack your car with all your wackiest mates and drift down to see some local talent. They might just teach you something new. Show ‘em how to party.
Chords, creativity, connection!
Winter is a time of reflection, and the Gold Coast has brought you a magic mix of music and inspiration. Jam it out at Elsewhere and Miami Marketta, or wind it down with art and essential oil workshops. If you need a lazy one, lay yourself out in the sun underneath The Green Marquee’s big fig tree.
