A Very Sanctuary Cove Christmas
Explore A Christmas Wonderland At The Marine Village!
Can you year Santa calling? It's time for carols by candlelight, festivities and fun, and everyone's favourite shopping precinct on the Northern Gold Coast is stepping up, pulling out all of the stops for one incredible week of merry-making with their incredible Christmas Carnival!
Running all week long, The Marine Village will be transforming into a Christmas Wonderland from the 17th of December, featuring Christmas Workshops, Charity Evenings, Carols and a visit from the big man himself!
Bring your kids, your cousins, your neighbors and your pets down to visit Santa in Santa’s Grotto from the 17th to the 21st, then unleash the Elves for some Christmas-themed workshops covering everything from wreath making to Christmas card creation!
Sticking to the theme of generosity at Christmas, various restaurants within The Marine Village will also be opening their hearts to various charities this Christmas, accepting donations on behalf of various charities on December 19th as part of their Cove Christmas Charity event.
Finishing off the week with a bang, no Christmas event would be complete without their annual Carols on the Green, kicking off with a Rotary Buggy Parade featuring all of our favourite characters alongside plenty of all of our favourite carols! (PS: You better be singing along)!
Staying true to the theme of Christmas, The Marine Village also has one last treat for us... Running right up until Boxing Day, The Marine Village will have a mysterious box right out the front for shoppers to guess what’s inside. Guess it right? You could win a $9,000 trip to the Marritz Hotel in Perisher for four people! Merry Christmas!
About the Author
I'm a creative at heart - I love reading, I love writing and I love my social media! I spend the majority of my time sipping coffee and finding the next best cafe, but when I get a second off chances are I'll be brunching at my local or running off to whatever event is on that night! During Summer you can find me sipping coffee and tanning down by Burleigh Beach, and in Winter I'll be skiing the slopes of Perisher or buried under a mountain of blankets with chocolate and a good book.
