Destino Wine Bar is a Mediterranean dining precinct located in the stunning Sanctuary Cove Marina. You may not be able to travel yet, but that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying an extensive list of wines from all around the globe. Enjoying European tapas and watching the yachts go by is sure to make you say, “La vita e' Bella”.

With the new HOTA Gallery opening in May, we are even more excited with the recent announcement about the inclusion of a restaurant. Palette is set to provide visitors with a sophisticated and tantalising dining experience, with a focus on fresh local ingredients. The venue is influenced by William Robinson’s stunning painting The Rainforest and will be complementary to the gallery, but an exciting destination in its own right.

About the Author
An introverted extrovert who wants to be a journalist, but also a marketer; still trying to pinpoint my passion. If only astrology was real and could tell me what I should be doing. I wake up and fall asleep to music, so if I end up writing about it too you'll know I'm happy. Maybe not as happy as when I see a puppy, but pretty close. I find creative people the most interesting, so interviewing and writing their stories is so intriguing to me. Also, it could lead to backstage passes, so my priorities are definitely in the right order. I always get a wave from my local bubble tea lady as I pass by. She passes the vibe check.
