The Island Boutique Hotel
The Hottest New Hotel On Main Beach
Standing proudly above the crowd on Beach Road in the centre of Surfers Paradise, The Island Boutique Hotel certainly lives up to its name. Recently renovated with a brand new facelift, this hotel has more style than Victoria Beckham and more glam than Kim Kardashian.
There's also a huge variety of food options - Whether you eat your heart out at their luxurious new Italian Restaurant or explore the huge variety of restaurants just minutes from the front doors, the Island Hotel has something to offer everyone. Why not try their Sunday roasts or a signature wood-fired pizza made with love and devoured with passion.
We recommend the Salsiccia e Taleggio (Italian sausage, taleggio cheese, caramelized onion & thyme) or the Funghi (field mushrooms, rosemary, pecorino romano & truffle pesto). Another standout on the delicious menu is the Truffle & Ricotta Gnoccho with braised chicken, mushrooms & red wine jus; the Squid Ink Linguini with prawns, garlic, chilli & tomato; and we are still dreaming about the Pan Fried King Fish Fillet with mussels, clams, cuttle fish, saffron & garlic potato and herbs. Mmmmm!
Wash it all down with a fine wine, craft beer or a cocktail... dirty martini or whiskey sour perhaps!? *wink wink nudge nudge
The Island Boutique Hotel is a stay to remember, the rooms are generous in size, stylish and very comfortable. Just a stones throw from the beach, there's an adventure waiting for you to enjoy a night, a weekend or a week at this great new addition to Surfer's Paradise.
Also, it's got the coast's first rooftop Bar - Need I even say more! With views overlooking the CBD and the famous Main Beach coastline, The Island Rooftop has unrivalled atmosphere, offering a truly unique Gold Coast experience. Did we mention a range of bands, DJs and special events - the perfect accompaniment to the extensive cocktail and drinks menu. Sit back under the Gold Coast sky in an Acapulco chair, sipping your favourite beverage and enjoy the atmosphere. Sunday sessions have never looked so good. Bring on #summer
About the Author
For as long as I can remember I’ve had a passion for all things creative, and so when it came time to choosing my degree it was only natural that I gravitated towards studying Creative Writing at Griffith University. I’m in my final year of University now and plan to graduate in November, but when I’m not out at University you’ll often find me curled up in some secluded corner of my house with headphones and a good book or brewing coffees down at my local Café. Occasionally you can also find me outside with my partner, family or dog, but only when the weather is warm enough. I love the rain and cold weather, but only if it’s outside and I’m inside. Born and raised on the Gold Coast, good beaches, good vibes and good company are some of my favourite things in life.
